Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@mocerra.com for further instructions. We will provide you with a return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@mocerra.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at help@mocerra.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For returns over $20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Custom charges may apply to international orders. These charges are payable by the customer. Any returns due to refusal to pay customs charges will result in a refund of the item cost minus postage and packaging costs.
