If your package arrives broken, damaged, or if any item is missing, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Broken or Damaged Items

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at no additional cost to you.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please check the polybag or packaging the minifigure came in. Sometimes small pieces can slip past unnoticed. If the missing item is not found, contact us and we will ship the missing item to you without delay.
